- Log in to your GamersFirst account and click on Support. - Select a game and choose the account you are inquiring about. - Go to "My Stuff". - Under "My Overview" click on "Questions". - Open your ticket by clicking on the subject of your original ticket. - Scroll down and click on "Update Question". - Enter all information necessary and click on "Submit Update to Question". Please refrain from submitting multiple tickets regarding one issue as this will not speed up the process.
