Help with Precision Boost on Bios

i recently started to play a bit with precision boost on my bios but i am not entirelly sure how i should start on going to raise my Mhz and what type of stress stest i should use i am currently at all cores negative 20 but i still after 2 hours of prime 95 and 30 mins of aida 64 i got no errors no freezes , as soon as i started playing Monster Hunter World i got the whea uncorectable error so my 20 is totally not good for some cores how should i start testing things out anyone knows?
