Sms geldigi gozukmuyor

  • n95 8gb modeline sahibim... Konuyu internette baya arastirmama ragmen cozumu bir turlu bulamadim... Telefonuma sms geldiginde ne ana ekranda sms geldigi ile ilgili yazi nede zarf seklinde ustte cikan mesaj isareti gozukmuyor... Sadece gelen kutusuna girdigimde okunmamis mesajlari gorebiliyorum... Telefonu kapatip acinca sorun bir sure duzeliyor fakat daha sonra tekrardan mesaj geldiginde ne ses var ne de ana ekranda "1 gelen mesaj" tarzi uyari yazisi... v 15.0.015 telefonumda KKTC de oldugum icin versiyonu guncelleme sansim yok daha dogrusu herhangi bir sorunla karsilasmayi goze alamiyorum yani versiyon guncellemem Turkiye'ye donene kadar imkansiz... Sms lerde yasadigim sorun tam emin olmasamda galiba gelen sesli aramalarda da oluyor... ne ses ne de cevapsiz cagri yazisi... Bu sorunu yasamis olanlar varsa ya da konu hakkinda fikir yurutebilecekler yardim edebilirlerse sevinirim... (guncelleme ve format disindaki cozumler lutfen...)

    Yabanci bir sitede soyle bir mesajla karsilastim benim problemimle tamamen ayni problem olmasa da:

    Hi there!
    I use a Nokia N95 V12.0.0.013 RM-159. Suddenly and after nothing strange had happened (it wasn't dropped down or in the water, I just opened it in the morning-last evening it was ok), I faced problems when opening the text messages inbox. The phone did not respond. It seemed like it was trying to load the text message inbox but it finally could not load it and remained on the main screen (trying to load the sms inbox through the menu- and not the shortcut on the main screen had the same result as well). I run into the same behaviour when trying to open the Camera and other things such as Notes, or Voice recorder. If someone sends me a message they get the delivery receipt, though I have no incoming sms (and of course cannot open my inbox as well). I can make and receive calls with no problem at all, though if I have a missed call, I cannot see it on the main phone screen. I have to navigate through the menu to the calls section and there I will be able to find it. I also can see my Contacts with no problem, when choosing “Create sms” from a specific contact’s options menu, I have the same problem again.
    You may find helpful the thing that the text messages are stored on the phone’s memory card and when I tried to check the status of the phone’s memory card, I could see the kbs that the text messages reserve (so it seems they are actually there).
    Things I have already tried and did not work: Shut down and open again the phone, removed battery, removed sim card, removed memory card. I connected the phone to my pc using the usb cable and could still not see the sms inbox. It seemed like it was empty.
    Could you please help me on that? What should I do?

    Daha sonra "Using the *#7780# solved my problem!" demis mesaji yazan kisi... Fabrika ayarlarina cevirmek telefonu neleri degistirir? Herhangi bir veri kaybi olurmu ornegin? Diyelim ki tema orjinal temaya dondu, ayarlardan temayi su anda kullandigim hale getirebilirmiyim yoksa telefona temayi veya zil seslerini tekrarmi yuklemem gerekir?

  • Telefonu fabrika ayarlarına çevireceğin sırada hafıza kartını çıkar rehberini karta yedekle,temalarda hafıza kartına yüklüyse birşey olmz tekrardan yüklersin....

    Telefonundaki bu sorunu çözmek için önce PC Suite ile telefonunun tüm yedeğini al. Sonra ya telefonunu *#7370# tuşlayarak formatla ya dahttp://forum.donanimhaber.com/m_28396707/tm.htm başlığında anlatılan şekilde telefonuna yeni yazılım yükle, görünen o ki senin telefonundaki yazılım versiyonu bir hayli eski, N95 8Gb için son yazılım 31.0.015 v6. Bu işlemleri yaptıktan sonra tekrar PC Suite ile aldığın yedeği telefonuna geri yükle. Sorunun ortadan kalkacaktır.
