PC yavaş wifi hızı

Hi all, Im looking for some help on diagnosing why my PC wifi speed is so slow compared to all my other devices.

Im using the Netgear Nighthawk A8000 usb wifi adapter. I have the drivers installed, am running windows 11, and have it connected to a usb 3 port. I have a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU 16gb of ram and the motherboard is a moria3 (HP omen prebuilt).

When i test the wifi speed on my pc i get about 10 down and 10 up. when i test the speed on my phone, mac, or windows laptop i get about 130 down and 15 up.

on my pc i have checked that its using the 801.11ax protocol and connected to the 5ghz band, i also am positive that my router is wifi 6 enabled. i also tried the adapter on the windows laptop and got similar speeds to without it (about 130 down). This is all leading me to believe there is some sort of bottleneck on my pc that is limiting my speed for some reason. Any advice is appreciated i spent so long yesterday looking for an answer and could find nothing. i also tried to make sure i included all the necessary information but if there is more information needed please let me know and i will provide it
