  • Regarding Users With Problems Running, Installing Client 7/25/2007
    Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

    Users having problems running or installing our client, we ask to do the following:

    1. Take a screenshot of the error message that pops up, and enter the link to the screenshot at our Bug Report section.

    2. Together with the screenshot, give us your dxdiag information. To do so, please follow the steps below:
    a. Click on start button located on the bottom left of the Windows desktop.
    b. Click on run.
    c. Type in dxdiag in the blank field, and click enter.
    d. Save all the information by clicking the Save All Information button located on the bottom right of the dxdiag window.
    e. Copy the information saved and paste it on the post made to Bug Report.

    We will try our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

    Regarding One Star Trade 7/25/2007
    Hello. This is Silkroad Online.

    After Triangular Conflict System II applied, we have recieved some reports of one star trade not guaranteed by security.

    This is not a bug, it has only applied to Lv 40 to make the Triangular Conflict more active.
