ok in the CFG folder, you have a file CALLED listenserver.cfg
if the file have in it sv_lan "0" (my case) i got this error
just remove the command and it will work, i think whatever command the config have its crash, so just delete the file or remove the command from it and it work
well its kinda useless to have config file if you cannot use it!
