It is a branch of knowledge, aimed at systematic understanding of a subject. IR is the shorthand name for the academic subject of international relations. That is to say, this term is used to identify all interactions between state-based actors across state boundaries. International Politics is certainly one of the most important sub-fields of IR. International Law and international economic relations are also parts of international relations. There are other sub-fields of IR, such as Foreign Policy Analysis, Security Studies, International Political Economy (IPE), and Normative Theory. IR is thus an interdisciplinary and heterogeneous area of study. It has no unifying methodology but several methodologies. IR is not just an extension of international history, although knowledge of international history is important for our understanding. Nor is international relations just an account of what is going on today - a sort of summary of current affairs. Although the present state of the world is a major concern for scholars, there is much more to the study of international relations than can be derived from reading newspapers. Nor would you get it from only reading history books. Both are necessary, but neither is sufficient. We need to go beyond them to expand our capacity to explain and to understand the world. For this we need theories. As a separate field of academic field, distinct from International Law, Political Theory and Diplomatic History, it is usually referred that International Relations (IR) began with the establishment of its first chair at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 1919, the Woodrow Wilson professorship. The first general theoretical perspective was popularly labelled �Idealism� and was characterised by a belief in progress, which means the international system could be transformed into a fundamentally more peaceful and just world order. From the start, IR was policy-oriented. Thereafter, there have been a series of theoretical activity, which inspired a number of �Great Debates� within the discipline. In rough chronological order these theories are: Idealism, Realism, Behaviouralism, Neorealism, Neoliberalism, World Systems theory, Critical theory, Postmodernism. These theoretical perspective shifts often involved hard disputes about methodology in IR, some of which are Traditional/Classical approach, Behaviouralism, Positivism, Post-positivism. Why do we study IR? The main reason why we should study IR is the fact that the entire population of the world is divided into separate territorial political communities, namely independent states, which profoundly affect the way people live. Together those states form an international system that is global in extent. At the present time there are almost 200 independent states. Everybody on earth (about 6 billion) with very few exceptions lives in one of those states and is a citizen of one of them and sometimes of more than one. So virtually every woman, man, and child on earth is connected to a particular state, and via that state to the state system, which affects their lives in important ways that they may not be fully aware of. States are independent of each other, at least legally: they have sovereignty. But that does not mean they are isolated from each other. On the contrary, they adjoin each other and affect each other and must therefore somehow find ways to coexist and to deal with each other. They are usually embedded in international markets which affect the policies of their governments and the wealth and welfare of their citizens. That requires that they enter into relations with each other. Complete isolation is usually not an option. When states are isolated and are cut off from the state system, either by their own government or by foreign powers, the people usually suffer as a result. That has been the situation recently with regard to Burma, Libya, North Korea, Iraq, and Iran. The state system is a system of social relations, that is, a system of relations between groups of human beings. Like most other social systems, international relations can have certain advantages and disadvantages for the participants. IR is the study of the nature and consequences of these relations. The state system is a distinctive way of organising political life on earth, which has deep historical roots. There have been state systems or quasi-state systems at different times and places in different parts of the world: for example, in ancient India, in ancient Greece, and in Renaissance Italy. However, the subject of IR conventionally dates back to the early modern era (sixteenth and seventeenth centuries) in Europe, when sovereign states based on adjacent territories were initially established. Ever since the eighteenth century the relations between such independent states have been labelled �international relations�. In the nineteenth and twentieth centuries the state system was expanded to encompass the entire territory of the earth. The world of states is basically a territorial world: it is a way of politically organising the world�s populated territory, a distinctive kind of territorial political organisation which is based on numerous different governments that are legally independent of each other. The only large territory that is not a state is Antarctica, and it is administered by a consortium of states. Today, IR is the study of the global state system from various theoretical perspectives, some of which will be discussed later. Territory: A state is a legally defined area, that is to say, each state must have its own territory. The term �territory� comes from joining the Latin words of �terra� (that means earth or land) and �torium� (that means belonging to or surrounding). Nation-state: It is the dominant political entity of the modern world as it is considered to be the primary unit of international relations. It is a comparatively new phenomenon. It developed in Europe between the 16th and 19th centuries after the collapse of the Holy Roman Empire, which led to the emergence of the centralised state claiming exclusive and monopolistic authority within a defined territorial era. Historically, the fusion of �nation� and �state� post-dated the process of political centralisation and it was the 19th century that a political social grouping which constituted the �nation� established political organisations, namely, the nation-states. biraz uzun oldu sanki ama yardımcı olursanız çok sevinirim

Good Day,

My character which I was buying Platinium Premium every month in the last summer has been banned.

I've been banned in spite of that I had never used the cheats.

Why should I use the cheats by the account which has a past for 190 dolars?

I wish to replay by my character.
