İngilizce anlayan varsa bunu tercüme edebilir mi ?

Arkadaşlar bunlardan 570 euro’luk ürün aldım ama fatura mı yollamamışlar. Destek den mesaj attım bana verdikleri cevap bu . Anlayan varsa yardımcı olursa çok makbule geçer .

Unfortunately, we do not have a channel for commercial purchases, and we can't currently help with these types of orders beyond the information available on the Steam Deck Store Page.

Please note that the Steam Subscriber Agreement creates a relationship between Valve and you as an individual, and not as a business or institution, therefore, we won't be able to provide you with a procurement invoice or add specific business details to a VAT invoice.

Steam does not currently support the application of non-consumer tax rates or exemptions and we are not able to refund tax or withhold it from your purchase price.

Also, we can't make changes, or enable you to make changes, to an invoice that has already been paid. If you are buying on behalf of a company or institution you may be able to contact them for an application for reimbursement on eligible purchases.
