Life Upgrade 1
[After you've returned back to the Prince for the first time and made your way back up into the Palace, after you exit the area with those sewer creatures and the circles of light on the floor and head through the doorway]

Head left through the curtains and wall run on the right wall then jump to the platform around the corner, from there walk onto the plank and jump from beam to beam. Once you're back onto solid ground make a right turn and walk onto the next plank and jump foreward to yet another plank, from there walk onto the plank perpendicular to the one you're on and jump to the glowing golden fountain, drink from it and it will take you to the Life Upgrade Area.

Life Upgrade 2
[Right before the first boss fight]

Once you open those doorways, you'll see one near you open and one a bit further away open, go into the one FURTHER way from you. Drop to a hang from the edge and drop down to the ledges making to the lowest ledge, from there jump off to the metal steps and make your way down. Follow the hallway and wall run up the fences and take a drink from the glowing fountain.

Life Upgrade 3
[After you see the Vizier in this well area, and he flies upwards]

Once past that flag wall-run on the left wall and jump off it to the next
curtain, follow the passageway down and drink from the golden fountain.

Life Upgrade 4
[After you defeat that Earth Brute demi-boss by controlling him and running him through the doors, climb up the ladder to the save fountain]

From the fountain look to the right and roll through the small opening in the wall, follow the path through and drink from the golden fountain.

Life Upgrade 5
[When you're reactivating the elevator to make your way upwards, on the area with the two enemies and a turnstyle]

From the turnstyle, hang out on the railing, you will see dagger plates on the wall, jump out to them and jump up to the third one. From there jump out to the wall and rebound up until you land on the switch, once you do, let yourself drop down a bit and quickly stab your dagger into the plate. Use the Eye of the Storm and get back onto the platform and go through the now open door, the one FURTHEST away from the turnstyle. Head on through and follow the corridor and drink from the fountain.

Life Upgrade 6
[When you're outside, up higher, after the second time you had to use the elevators and move up the whicker basket. Before heading back inside near the top, the platform right BEFORE the balcony leadind in]

You'll be able to switch to landscape view and it will show you a doorway BENEATH you. Jump to the balcony in front of you and stay at a hang, drop down to the planks below you, then jump to the plank across from you and head into the next doorway, follow the area through and drink from the next fountain.
