Olayin ozeti;

Aliexpress`den 350$`lik bir kablosuz supurge aldim. Fransa`dan kargo secenegini secerek siparis gectim. Aliexpress`e guvendigim icin saticiyi incelemeyip, yorumlarini okumama gibi bir hata yaptim, gelmesse zaten dispute acip iade alirim inanciyla.

Satici urunu kargoladi, Fransa`dan degil, Cin`den takip numarasi geldi ve bir sure sonra teslim edildi olarak isaretlendi.

PTT`yi aradim, benim urunu almadigimi, adresime her hangi bir not gelmedigini soyledim, subeye gelip dilekce vermemi istediler, dilekce verdim, bana kargonun baska birine teslim edildigine dair bir yazi verdiler.

Aliexpress`e dispute actim, urunu almadim diye, kanit istediler. PTT`den aldigim yaziyi yukledim, yeterli kanit yoktur diye parami saticiya aktardilar.

Online chat`e baglanip karara itiraz (appeal) ettim, iki gun sonra bu karara da red cevabi geldi.

Suanda kredi karti icin harcama itirazi yaptim ve bekliyorum. PTT`yi arayip hirsizlik kaydi olusturdum. Konu hakkinda baska ne yapabilirim?

Aliexpress`e sundugum kanitlar su sekildeydi:

1- Satici benimle hic bir sekilde konusmuyor, okunmadi olarak gozukuyor. Satici butun urunlerini kaldirmis satilik urunu yok suanda.

2- Saticinin Pozitive Feedbacki 17%, butun yorumlar negatif ve 1 yildiz, yorumlarda urunlerin gelmedigi ve fake shipment oldugunun ekran goruntuleri

3- Kargonun benim sectigim Fransa uzerinden degil Cin`den yola cikmasi

4- Kargonun 600 gram agirliginda bir mektup olarak gelmesi, koli ve 10kg bir supurge olmadigi

5- Kargonun baska isime ve tc numarasina teslim edildigi yazisi (hangi adrese teslim edildigi bilgisini paylasmadi PTT)

Then we will check and process refund if your further evidence works. 4.You can

also keep negotiating with seller to get a good solution.

We are sorry to inform that your appeal request was rejected. We're really sorry for what has happened and we totally understand your feeling. As the shipping information indicates the package has been delivered and you didn't provide us with the valid evidence to prove you haven't received the package within the limit days, we assume you have received the package and we will release the full payment to the seller according to our rule.
