Ayrıca DDU yapıp sadece nvidia driver yüklesem bile aynı takılmalar devam ediyor malesef ki.

Sorun uygulamada değil. Nv app olsun Afterburner olsun GPU Tweak olsun farketmiyor. x3d ile power draw sorun çıkartıyor.

Nvcleanstall ile sadece sürücüyü kurmayı denediniz mi? igpu'yu da kapatabilirsiniz bios'tan. Sıcaklıklar normalse bilemiyorum başka neden olabilir.

Ddu ile clean sadece driver kurdum. Hem 2 nesil öncesini kurdum denedim hem yeni çıkanı kurdum denedim sorun devam ediyor.
